As the goods which you order are manufactured according to the measurements you provide in your order it is very important that your measurements are accurate. We cannot accept the return of goods by reason of the measurements provided being incorrect.

Inside recess
If measurements are given as inside recess size e.g. 100cm wide, blinds will be made approximately 98cm wide. We make a 1cm allowance either side of blinds so that they operate smoothly within a recess.

Outside recess
If measurements are given as outside recess e.g. 100cm wide, blinds will be made 100cm wide. We make no allowances.

3. Warranty
