1. Our Products

a) We have gone to great lengths to make the blinds on our website as lovely and true to life as possible. However, computer screens can be cheeky and display colours a tad differently. So, before you click that 'buy now' button, we highly recommend that if the exact colour of the blind is very important to you you should request a free sample. 

Whilst we strive to make your blinds picture-perfect, minor variations can happen. For example:

  • Fabrics & Dyes: The tone and colour might slightly differ, especially if you order at different times.
  • Natural Materials: With wooden blinds or natural fabrics, each piece is unique. 

b) Measure Twice, Order Once! : Our blinds are made to fit your windows like a glove, so be careful when you measure! If you're a bit unsure, ring up our customer service or check out our online measuring guide. Once you've placed an order, double-check the confirmation email. Sorry, but we can't accept returns if you got the measurements wrong.

c) Returns policy: Made to Measure Just For You: These blinds are all about YOU, they are designed to your exact specs. That means once we start, there's no turning back. So make sure you're 100% happy with your choices—colour, size, everything! Get a free sample if you're on the fence. We can't be held responsible if it's not what you expected, but don't worry, this doesn't affect your statutory rights.

d) Returns policy: Standard-Sized Roof Blinds:  If you are not thrilled with our own brand roof window blinds then you can return them within 14 days. They have to be unused and in sellable condition, though. Contact us to sort out the return and refund. Once we confirm they're good as new, you'll get a full refund less the original carriage cost and return carriage cost which you must foot yourself.

e) A Little Give and Take: Our skilled professionals cut the fabric with the utmost care, but a tiny variance of +/- 5mm can occur. If it's within this tolerance, we can't offer a replacement or a refund.

f) Variations in the shade: Although our fabrics are uniformly fabulous, each batch might vary slightly in shade. We can't promise to match the shade from your last order perfectly, or that the sample you get will be an exact match for your final product. For any uncertainties, our customer service team is just a call away.

2. Placing The Order

a) Changes or Take-backs: After you click 'Order', it's official. Call us ASAP if there are any changes. Made-to-measure blinds are non-returnable and non-refundable.

b) Phone Orders: We will read your order back to you and we will expect you to check your order confirmation and check it is correct in writing.  If you do not confirm then we can not be held responsible for the measurements.

3. Payment: Full payment is needed before sending your order down to the factory for manufacture.

4. Our Right To Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel if stock's low, or if you're ordering from a location we don't deliver to. 

5. Doorstep Delivery: Delivery estimates are just that – estimates. Check your order tracking for specifics. Also, extra charges might apply for some locations.
