Thank you for your email this morning. I am looking forward to getting my Blind. Unfortunately there is no one at home all day so if possible please advise delivery driver that it is OK to leave it at the back of the house on the patio.
Thanks for your help and we will be coming straight to "Lifestyle Blinds" when we renovate our kitchen in a couple of month's time.

The blinds did indeed turn up this afternoon and have been fitted (only took 20 minutes). The instructions were very good and clear.
Also being kept informed vie e-mail of progress and confirmation of dispatch is excellent.
When we need blinds in the future I will be in contact.

P.S. I did every room in the house except the kitchen as that will be refitted and I am not yet sure of the colours, but once I am I shall return to have that window done by yourselves. Oh yes, do you do conservatory roller blinds or vertical blinds?

We have checked the measurements for the blinds and we need to adjust the measurements to the kitchen window.
It should read 44.5" wide x 37.5" drop, its only a quarter of an inch, so I hope that doesn't cause to much of a problem for you.
Everything else is fine. With regard to the other company, yes, that does sound about right. How kind of you to go to so much trouble.
Can you give me a delivery date yet?

I received and installed the blinds and they look great. I forgot that 12' meant they wouldn't fit in the lift but fortunately they were not heavy so they were passed from floor to floor over the edge of the staircase up to the 7th floor! Many thanks for an A+ for service.
