Blackout Roller Blinds are made using a strong aluminium tube to hold the fabric, with a no-sew bottom bar at the bottom to finish. With blackout roller blind fabrics coming in such a large range now from many neutral colours to strong pinks, oranges and yellow for suitability in children's bedrooms. Materials used tend to be polyester with either a PVC coating or PVC blended into the polyester.
For bathrooms and kitchens moisture resistant fabrics are available in a wide array of colours and finishes, with some fabrics manufactured with a soft PVC coating which are easily wipeable.
