Measuring replacement slats for rigid vertical blinds couldn’t be simpler.

1) Take a slat/louver down from the current blind you have and lay it on a table or on the floor, making sure the slat is flat. You can order in cm, mm, or inches.

2) Measure from the top of the slat to the bottom as illustrated below and enter this size when ordering.

3) Count how many slats are required for each window.

This is called Slat Size.

TOP TIP:

IF YOU HAVE MULTIPLE WINDOWS WITH EXACTLY THE SAME DROP, GROUP THE QUANTITIES TOGETHER AND ORDER AS 1 SET, THIS IS CHEAPER THAN ORDERING AS SEPARATE WINDOWS.

N.B.
You can not attach our rigid PVC slats to vertical blind tracks that have previously been used for fabric slats. They are very unlikely to be compatible.

If you are unsure order a rigid PVC sample that has a hole punched at the top which is the same as the hole punched in the finished slats. This can be used to test the fitting on your current track.

Rigid PVC replacement blind slats are made within a tolerance of +/- 5mm (drop).

The punch hole is 6mm wide x 4mm high.

Punch hole position - 6mm from the top of the slat.

The finished cut slat is curved at the top and bottom.
