  • We make every effort to display accurate dispatch times for each blind on our site.
  • Once your blind is manufactured we use a next working day delivery service.
  • If you're in a remote area, add a day or two to the delivery estimate. 


Accurate dispatch times are displayed for each product, and we strive to keep them to just a few working days whenever possible.

Absolutely! We're happy to deliver to an alternative address, including work addresses.

We can deliver to any mainland UK address and also to Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, and Isle of Wight for an additional £9.95. For the Channel Islands, the delivery charge depends on your order's weight, and all Channel Islands sales are VAT-free. Contact us for a quote.

Yes, when your order is ready for dispatch, we'll send you an email with a planned delivery date and a tracking number.

No worries! If you're not available when the delivery arrives, the driver will leave a card with instructions on rearranging a more convenient delivery time. And the best part? Redelivery is free of charge!

All our deliveries are fully insured against damage. If you notice any damage to the packaging, please write 'damaged' on the delivery note. If your order is indeed damaged, contact our friendly customer service team, and we'll arrange a replacement for you.
