Motorised roller blinds are expected to outlast manual blinds in comparison. As well as being wholly reliable, motorised roller blinds are also more cost-effective. How do motorised blinds work?

Can I buy waterproof motorised blackout blinds?

Currently, we offer thermal blackout motorised roller blinds and plain blackout motorised roller blinds. We also have several waterproof options on our website, but no motorised roller blinds that are both waterproof and blackout. 

We would recommend that you check out our thermal blackout motorised roller blinds that are fully made to measure and are home automation compatible. The same as our other motorised roller blinds, these come with a remote control and are powered by an integrated battery. 

Because of the integrated battery, it is very challenging to design a safe motorised roller blind that is also 100% waterproof.
